Hi,

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the fantastic service you have given whilst dying shoes for me. You have now dyed 7 pairs for various weddings for me and they have all been perfect. The exact colour and a friendly, helpful and speedy service. It took my friend 5 hours to drive to me and drive home again and she said it was worth it just to see what a lovely job you have done.

I FEEL THAT I HAVE TO WRITE A FEW LINES TO EXPRESS HOW PLEASED I AM WITH BARBARAN'S SERVICES!! I HAVE RECENTLY SENT MY JIMMY CHOOS WEDDING SHOES TO BE DYED AND RECEIVED THEM YESTERDAY....WHAT A FANTASTIC JOB BARBARAN HAS DONE. THE COLOUR IS A PERFECT MATCH AND SHE HAS DONE SUCH A NEAT JOB TOO! Dear Barbaran

i cannot thank you enough for giving me 5 minutes of your time this morning, i also cannot remember a time when someone, who i was calling to give my business to, truly put the customer first....

as i approach my first anniversary next week, i realised that having discarded, passed on or placed in my memory box all the tangible elements of my wedding, i was left with the 'shoes'. Every part of the planning of my wedding, for which i am very grateful, went smoothly..........except buying my shoes. Hours upon hours spent in and around London trying every white/ivory shoe i could lay my hands and now almost a year later i knew that i must get around to dealing with them. Enter you Barbaran, the emotions you stirred by telling me to keep the shoes with all the marks, stains and scuffs and put them in my memory box actually made me cry! By telling me to write down my memories with a glass of champagne so that i can enjoy those memories forever which will give me more pleasure than a few wears of (possibly not great looking) black shoes, is priceless.

What a star...........

Just to let you know that I received my snood today and I wanted to let you know that it's absolutely perfect. The size is just right and the craftsmanship in the make of the snood is exceptional. It's really beautiful and although I've not had chance to do my hair properly in it yet I had tried it out and it's lovely. I can't wait to wear it at the wedding. I don't think I'll want to take it off once I'm wearing it!

I would like to thank Barbaran so much... you were absolutely amazing. I was on a mission to find winter wedding boots as I was getting married 12/12/08. I couldn't find any that i wanted, they were all too frumpy, wrong toe, wrong heel etc. I was about to give up hope until 3 weeks before the wedding I found Barbaran. You went out of your way to help me get the boots I wanted and made sure I had them for my special day. I can't explain how much this meant to me and how much I appreciate what you have done. Barbaran you are the best!

I found THE perfect ankle boots in LK Bennett but they were the wrong colour. I wanted brown leather not black leather but LK Bennett don't make them in brown.

So I took a huge risk, bought them and sent them to Barbaran to be dyed dark brown.

I am absolutely delighted with result - absolutely spot on perfect! Thank you.

So now you know - if you find the perfect style shoe but in the wrong colour, go to Barbaran to get them dyed. All things are possible.

You recently dyed my pale pink MIU MIU handbag black and I want to say it looks amazing. The bag cost a small fortune (£700!) and was getting dirtier each and every time it was used hence the decision to dye it. It looks exactly like the black version of my bag which is for sale in Selfridges. I wanted to write to say thank you once more, you did an incredible job and I’m absolutely thrilled. I’ll be digging out more bags to send to you very soon!

What a personal and caring service!

Barbaran was honest enough to say that the first pair of shoes I sent her to wear for my daughter's wedding would not dye well.

She must have thought me mad when I sent her a second pair in the wrong colour. But, undaunted, she set about dyeing them to just the right shade (not easy as the shoes were bronze and the dress a mixture of gold and black).

I will certainly use Barbaran again and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
